On January 21 2009 I received the following mail and I wasn't able not to publish it on my index page:
Ugo,
Even though I bought my son's bedroom sign (Noah's ark ceramic Plaque) in 2004 and my twin son and daughter's bedroom signs in 2005, I wanted to thank you again!
We recently moved into a new house in which all three kids have their own bedroom and the plaques look beautiful hanging right outside their respective doors. They are each so proud of the signs because they have their Hebrew and English names displayed on them. And they can't argue about them because they are all the same size and style. Your artwork is priced very reasonably and you're a pleasure to deal with. I will certainly refer others to your website. Thank you!

This letter has been received on November 19 2003:
Ugo,
It has been a pleasure dealing with you. Not only is your product great, but
you incorporated "trust" in your business dealings which is something
I have not seen in many years.
Be well and hope to meet you soon.
Ciao v'lhitraot!

This letter, received on March 22 2006. It worths special attention:
I wanted to share with you something unique about your plates. The new mom whom this gift is for, went to Israel about 10 years ago and brought back a beautiful tile for my husband and I as a gift. I realized as I was looking for a gift for her son on your website, that tile came from your company. Wow, small world, isn't it! You sell beautiful treasures.
Toda,
Vicky Mirtle
